Project Catalyst Enterprise platform transformation for a 1,300+ employee EMS/healthcare technology company. Azure-to-AWS migration, monolith decomposition into domain services, HIPAA-compliant AI tooling, and a new observability platform replacing New Relic. PWW embedded a cross-functional team spanning architecture, engineering, program management, communications, and ops across the US, Europe, and India. The initiative modernized legacy systems, accelerated deployment cycles, and introduced standardized CI/CD practices. Delivered Fulcrum (observability pipeline), Dynamic Application Builder (no-code EHR configuration), Trauma Registry 2.0 (data dictionary automation), and Overseer (enterprise monitoring)—all built on PWW's own IP: Trilix, TwistyGo, and TMPL. The transformation positioned the client’s platform for scalable AI-driven growth and long-term operational resilience.

AI-Generated Privacy Policy Summaries — Microservice architecture with a Privacy Policy Orchestrator that automatically fetches, summarizes (via ChatGPT API), and publishes plain-language privacy policy summaries when new companies are onboarded. Containerized on Kubernetes, webhook-driven, with graceful fallback if AI summarization fails.

ChargeBee SaaS Billing Integration — Full subscription management platform with ERD covering customers, subscriptions, plans, invoices, and payments. Chargebee API integration for recurring billing, payment gateway integration, and webhook-based event processing.

Cachai
Distributed Coordination for Autonomous Systems Built Praefectus Aequor, a Python-native distributed coordination runtime on NATS JetStream for autonomous agents and field devices across unreliable networks. Epoch-based consensus with Lamport clocks, vector clocks, barrier synchronization, and zero-trust bootstrap. Letterbox C2 data plane for command-and-control payload delivery. Designed for NOAA/NASA field research scenarios where network connectivity is intermittent and coordination must be deterministic.
Trilix
Governed AI Platform (PWW IP) Enterprise-grade AI infrastructure where capabilities belong to the user, not the vendor. MCP-router gateway architecture, agent-as-entity identity model, PHI/PII protection system with 24 detection patterns covering 16 of 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers, and state machines for auditable AI agents. Validated in production at ESO Solutions for HIPAA-compliant clinical AI tooling.
Fangri-La
Fan Engagement & NFC Commerce Designed and built Fangri-La, an NFC-enabled artist-fan engagement platform combining physical merchandise with digital community experiences. Multi-artist architecture from day one — single fan login across artist communities. Rocket.Chat for engagement, WordPress for branded pages, Clerk/Firebase SSO, MongoDB. Marketplace with resale commission and fan behavior analytics in the roadmap.
